<br />GRANT OF EASEMENT
<br />OAKLAND TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, a corporation, hereby grants to the
<br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, an easement for the purpose
<br />of constructing, re -constructing, and maintaining of all public utilities,
<br />such as sanitary and storm sewers, electric lines, gas and water lines
<br />over, in, and under all that land situated in the City of San Leandro,
<br />County* of Alameda, State of California, described as follows, to -wit:
<br />COMMENCING at the most-.4esterly corner of Lot 60 as said
<br />Lot is shown on that certain map entitled "Tract 1417 City
<br />of San Leandro, Alameda County, California", filed June 30,
<br />1954, Book 34, at page 67 and 68, Alameda County Records,
<br />California; said point of commencement also lies in the North-
<br />easterly line of the Eastshore Freeway; thence from said point
<br />of coi-rnencement along said Northeasterly line of Eastshore
<br />Freeway North 49° 00' 25" Uest, 1147.91 feet; thence leaving
<br />said Yortheasterly line of Eastshore Freeway North 62° 13' 30"
<br />East, 1152.33 feet to the true point of beginning; thence from
<br />said true point of beginning South 27° 46' 30" East, 75.13 feet;
<br />thence on a curve to the left tangent to the last mentioned
<br />course, said curve having a radius of 100.00 feet, a central
<br />angle of 890 49' 18" and an arc length of 156.77 feet; thence
