' ]J sad r Syr GRANT OF EASEMENT R. C. BRADDOCK and LOIS C. BRADDOCK, his wife, R. H. LOGAN and SYBIL JEAN LOGAN, his wife, F. W. VALLEY and GLADYS VALLEY, his wife, and R. STENZEL and GENEVIEVE STENZEL, his wife, hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, an easement for the purpose of the construction, re -construction, and maintenance of all public utilities, such as sanitary and storm sewers, electric lines, gas and water lines, over, in and under all that land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, des- cribed as follows, to -wit: COMMENCING at the most westerly corner of lot 60, as said lot is shown on that certain map entitled, "Tract 1417, City of San Leandro, Alameda County,California", filed June 30, 1954 in book 34 of Maps, at pages 67 and 68, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, said point of commence- ment also lies in the northeasterly line of the Eastshore Freeway; thence from said point of commencement along said northeasterly line of Eastshore Freeway north 49' 001 25" west 1147.91 feet; thence leaving said northeasterly line of Eastshore Freeway north 62° 131 30" east 1152.33 feet to the true point of bed inning; thence from said true point of beginn- ing south 27° 4630" east 75.43 feet; thence on a curve to the left tangent to the last mentioned course, said curve having a radius of 100.00 feet, a central angle of 89° 491 18" and an are length of 156.77 feet; thence north 62' �41 12" east 1024.74 feet; thence on a curve to the right tangent to last mentioned course, said curve having a radius of 160.00 feet, a central angle of 90° 071 23" and an are length of 251.67 feet; thence south 27' 281 25" east 1413.40 feet; thence ona curve to the left tangent to last mentioned course, said curve having a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle of 90° 071 23" and an are length of 31.46 feet; thence north 27° 351 48" west 10.00 feet; thence on a curve to the right tangent to a line that bears south 62° �41 12" west, said curve having a radius of 10.00 feet, a central angle of 90° 071 23" and an arc length of 15.73 feet; thence north 27° 281 25" west 11}.1.3.40 feet; thence an a curve to the left tangent to last named course, said curve having a radius of 170.00 feet, a central angle of 90' 07f 23" and an arc length of 267.40 feet; thence south 62° �41 12" west 1024.74 feet; thence on a curve to the right tangent to last mentioned course, said curve having a radius of 90.00 feet, a central angle of 89' 49t 18" and an are length of 141.09 feet; thence north 27° 46t 30" west 75.43 feet; thence south. 62° 131 30" Est 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
