IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEA11TI DD <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1930 C.M.S. <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 4-UIT CLAIM DEED (Bevilacqua et al) <br />Whereas, U'lisse Bevilacqua, et al., heretofore granted to this City an <br />easement; for drainage purposes on the property therein and hereinafter des- <br />cribed-, and <br />Whereas, the Director of Public Works has recommended that such easement <br />is no longer required and has approved of the City granting a quit claim deed <br />to such easemento <br />Now., therefore. the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows - <br />That, the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to execute a quit claim, deed of <br />the hereinafter described property and deliver the sane to the Ulisse Bevi.lacqua, <br />et al., without cost to the City of San Leandro. <br />Said land is all that Land situate in the City of San Leandro., Alameda county, <br />California, described as follows - <br />"Beginning at a point on the southwestern line o" O-chard Avenue,'50 fee'r <br />wide, as it now exists, distant thereon N 27°57123"" West. 400.0 feet from <br />the nortlnie stern line of First Avenue (West Avenue 1.32); thence South 62' <br />021 3741 West 622.50 feet, thence South 27' 571 2391 East 252.99 feet9 thence <br />North 611 481 4911 East 622.50 feet to the said southwestern line of Orchard <br />Avenue; thence along the last named line North 27' 571 23" West 250.49 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />First parties agree to keep the above described area plowed so as to absorb <br />drainage waters discharged thereon; also to install sumps, by digging holes <br />approximately one foot in diameter and twenty feet in depth to a strata of <br />ground that will allow the water thus discharged to be graded rock and be <br />located at the ends of the gutters on Pac�if�ic and Evel.eth Avenues as said <br />Avenues are now proposed uponWhatertla, u p entitled "Map of Tract 1099 etc." <br />Introduced by Councilman_ �, and passed and <br />ted�_this llth day of August 9 19523 by the following called vote- <br />Ayeso Councilmen s Bellini, Cannizzaro, Dunnigan, i:.Iusson, (6 ) <br />Swift, Knick <br />b Noes- Councilmen ; None (0 ) <br />Absent- Councilmen , Vlahos ( 1 ) <br />Mayor of the City of San Leandro <br />Attest-.
