481 AE39160 DEED OF DEDICATION AND GRANT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this / day of January, 1950, by and between the SAN LEANDRO SCHOOL DISTRICT OF ALAMEDA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, a public corporation, the party of the first part, and the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation of the State of California, the party of the second part: W I T N E S S E T H i That the said party of the first part does hereby grant without consideration unto the said party of the second part a right-of-way for public street purposes over, upon, through and t across all that certain real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southwestern line of Martin Boulevard (formerly West Boulevard) with the intersection thereof with the southeastern line of Lot 45 as said boulevard and lot are shown on that certain map entitled, "Tract 590, San Leandro, Alameda County, California", filed July 10, 1942, in book 18 of Maps at page 100 in the office of the Recorder of Alameda County; running thence along the southeastern line of Lot 45, south 780 02' 35" west and the direct production southwesterly thereof (south 78° 02' 35" west being used in this description for the line common to Lot 45 and Lot �4, Tract 590) 590.79 feet to a point 100.00 feet from the northeastern line of the State Highway, known as Road IV-Ala-69-c, or Fast Shore Highway, measured at right angles there- from; thence north 110 57' 25" west 50.00 feet; thence north 780 02' 35" east 590.79 feet to the southwestern line of Martin Boulevard, Tract 590; thence along the last named line south 110 57' 25" east 50.00 feet to the point of beginning,, and to be known as Reynolds Boulevard.
