RESOLUTION NO. 432 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF DEED OF DEDICATION AND GRANT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES ACROSS REAL PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE SAN LEANDRO SCHOOL ➢ISTRICT OF ALAMEDA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA. WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the City of San Leandro and of 3an Leandro School District of Alameda County, State of California, the governing board of said school district, on the 3d day of January, 1950, in regular open meeting, adopted a resol- ution declaring its intention to dedicate to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California, a right-of-way for public street purposes over, upon, through and across certain real property belonging to said school district situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the southwestern line of Martin Boulevard (formerly West Boulevard) with the intersection thereof with the southeastern line of Lot �5 as said boulevard and lot are shown on that certain map entitled, "Tract 590, San Leandro, Alameda County, California", filed July 10, 1942, in book 18 of Maps at page 100 in the office of the Recorder of Alameda County; running thence along the southeastern line of Lot 45, south 780 02' 35" west and the direct production southwesterly thereof (south 78' 02' 35" west being used in this description for the line common to Lot 45 and Lot 44, Tract 590) 590.79 feet to a point 100.00 feet from the north- eastern line of the State Highway, known as Road IV-Ala-69-c, or East Shore Highway, measured at right angles therefrom; thence north 11 57' 25" west 50.00 feet; thence north 73" 02' 35" east 590.79 feet to the southwestern line of Martin Boulevard, Tract 590; thence along the last named line south 110 571 25" east 50.00 feet to the point of becinning,, and to be !(mown as Reynolds Boulevard. AND, WHEREAS, this Board directed its Secretary to give notice of the adoption of said resolution and of the time and place of hold- ing a public meeting for a public hearing upon the question of making such dedication; and WHEREAS, said Secretary caused said notice to be published once not less than five (5) days before the date of said meeting, 1.
