f7av-6098 Pace 485 <br />to wit, on the 6th day of January, 1950, in the San Leandro News <br />Observer, a newspaper of general circulation published in said San <br />Leandro School District of Alameda County; and <br />WHEREAS, :coward Leard, on the 6th day of January, 1.950, at <br />the direction of said Secretary, posted a copy of said resolution <br />signed by a majority of all of the members of this Board in three <br />(3) public places in said San Leandro School District of Alameda <br />County, said period of posting being, for a term of not leas than <br />ten (10) days before the date of said mcc tin;`;; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, this Board finds that due and legal notice <br />has been given in the premises pursuant to law and the order of this <br />Board; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board met in public meeting at the hour of <br />8:30 o'clock P.M. on the 17th day of January, 1950, at the <br />regular place of meeting of said Board at 451 Hepburn Street, San <br />Leandro, California, said time and place being the time and place <br />fixed in said resolution heretofore adopted on the 3d day of January, <br />1950 by this Board declaring its intention to dedicate said right-of- <br />way at which time and place a public hearing was held upon the <br />question of making such dedication upon the terms set forth in said <br />resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, no petition protesting against the proposed dedica- <br />tion was filed with said Board at said meeting held at the time and <br />place fixed in said resolution hereinbefore referred to; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a right-of-way for public <br />street purposes over, upon, through and across said hereinbefore <br />described real property belonging to said school district be and <br />the same is hereby dedicated to the City of San Leandro, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, without consideration; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Secretary of <br />this Board be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />ME <br />
