Such sumps shall be filled with graded rock and be located at the ends <br />of the gutters on pacific and Eveleth Avenues as said Avenues are now pro- <br />posed upon that certain map entitled "i;ap of Tract 1099 etc." <br />Second <br />An easement for street purposes over all that land in the township <br />of Eden, Alameda County, California described as follows:. <br />BEGINNING at a point on the northwestern line of <br />First Avenue (lest Avenue 132) distant thereon South <br />61048,491, nest 214.60 feet from the southwestern <br />line of Orchard Avenue, 50 feet wide as it now exists; <br />thence North 27057123" ,iest 170.00 feet; thence along <br />the arc of a circle concave to the right, having a <br />radius of 1700 feet an are distance of 43.61 feet; <br />thence tanbent to said curve North 2602911211west <br />142.91 feet; thence along the arc of a circle concave <br />to the left having a radius of 1750 feet an arc <br />distance of 44.89 feet; thence South 62 02'37" hest <br />50 feet; thence southeasterly along the arc of a <br />circle concave to the right having a radius of <br />
