Lincoln, co-partners, of San Learn ro, Calif- 4 II ornia, the parties of the first part, and the City of San Leandro, 5 II a municipal corporation, the party of the second part, ti 6 Witnesseth: that the said parties of the first Part, for and 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 a_ 6 17 I 18 19 1 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 lin consideration of thesum of One Dollar, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do grant unto the said party of the second part, and to it successors and assigns an easement to maintain a sewage pumping lift station and all uses appurtenant thereto in and upon that land situate in the City of San Leandro, county of Alameda, state of California, and particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southwestern line of S-n Rafael Street, said point being the southeastern corner of lot number 9 as said street and lot are shown on that certain map entitled "Tract 826, San Leandro, Alameda County, California" filed Feb. 26, 1947 in book 19 pages 40-41, AlamedaC ounty Records; run:A ng thence along the direct production of said southwestern line of San Rafael Street South 190 25' East 45.32 feet; t-,ence along the are of a circle concave to the right with a radius of 20 feet an arc distance of 26.55 feet; thence tangent to said curve South 560 38' West 88.67 feet along the direct extension of the north,�esterly line of Cleveland Street to the southeastern corner of Lot No. 25 as said lot and street are shown on that certain map entitled, "Tract 673, San Leandro, Alameda County, California", filed November 10, 1943 in Book 8 of Maps at onge 59, Alameda County Records; thence along the tract line of said "Tract 673 et " South 440 51' 50" Fast 51.02 feet to the northeastern corner of Lot No. 26 as said lot is shown on said Tract 673; thence North 560 36' Last 150.27 feet; thence along the arc of a circle concave to the right with a radius of 100 feet an arc distance of 24.35 feet; thence North 310 27' 08" West 51.12 feet; thence north. este 1 along the are of a circle concave to the ric-ht with a radius of 20 feet and chose center bears North 190 25' West an arc distance of 31.42 feet; thence tangent to said curare and along the direct production of the Northeastern line of San Rafael Street North 190 25' West 55.00 feet to the southwestern corner of Lot No. 10 as said street and lot are shown on said map of "Tract 826 etc.", thence along the tract line of said "Tract 826 etc" South 420 30' 39" West 68.00 feet to the point of beginning.
