WHITE,/the Parties of the First Part, and the City of SAN LEANDRO, a municipal©Q30, corporation, the Party of the Second Part, W I T N E S S E T H: That the said Parties of the First Part for and in consideration of the benefits resulting to said parties therefrom and other valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknow- ledged and the benefits to accrue to the said Parties of the 3Lf First Part thereby do hereby grant and convey to said Party of the Second Part the easement and right-of-way to construct, maintain and operate a storm sewer and appurtenances in, hrough, and under the follo�,.Ang described real property, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom at all times for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining and repairing the same, to have and to hold by the said Party of the Second Part forever: All that real property situate in the Township of Eden, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: A portion of West Avenue 129, formerly Williams Street, as said street is shown on the "I -lap of Mulford Gardens Addition, Alameda County, California. l', filed February 1, 1928 in Book 7 of Maps, at page 55, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, bounded as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the West- ern line of Neptune Drive, formerly Bay Street, with the Southeastern line of West Avenue 129, formerly Williams Street, as said streets are shown on said map; running; thence North 90 531 West along the said Western line of Neptune Drive, produced Northerly, a distance of 31.48 feet to a point on the Northwestern boundary line of said "Mulford Gardens Addition"; thence along the said last men- tioned line, South 620 30 1�4'est 278.05 feet to a point on the Vestern boundary line of said 1111:ulford Gardens Addition"; th`ice along the said last men- tioned line, South 90 4.71 East 10.49 feet, more or
