Also attached is <br />a print indicatin the area proposed to be dedicated. <br />In order to provide some familiarity .vith the improvement, there is a portion of Tea <br />Garden Street and .lest Avenue 135th which is shown on the attached print but has not been <br />shaded, whicYi has bl-:en sold, -frith adjacent property, to the Interbay Development Co., 133 <br />Kearney Street San Francisco and no doubt the dedication of this jortion will be made when the <br />adjacent land is developed. <br />The portion indicating that Which is covered by the deed, is shaded on the attached print <br />and has been improved to the City's standards and specifications and the work accomplished <br />under our inspection.
