%x . Carden -2- Tea Garden St.
It is realized that adjoining waters to the east tend to drain on Tea
Carden Street and as they are conveyed along the gutters, :Frill be deposited
upon that portion of the street wtiich is not proposed to be dedicated at this
particular time. If this Noses no legal liability as far as the City is con-
cerned, it is recommended treat Tea Garden Street, 57 feet in width and running
southerly from First Avenue 986.43 feet,be accepted by the City as an i-aproved
street.
The San Leandro Industrial Corporation would appreciate consideration being
given to this matter and as soon as the same may be accepted, to have t"is
accomplished. It is suggested that if the legal implications are favorable that
the same be accepted by the City at the Council meeting of July 6, 1954.
RFL/rci c
Attach.
ichsrd F. joy
Director o Public rrk
