-'4 <br />J <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN L7AINDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2211 C.M.S. <br />RESOLUTION ACCr1'TII%TG EASTMMENT (LeBrun Inc.) <br />Whereas, there has been presented to this Council a ^ertain Grant of <br />Easement da',ed November 20., 19539 to a parcel of land more fully des- <br />cribed in the said Grant of Easement to the same executed by LeBrun Tnc,, a <br />California corporation., to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corpora= <br />tion., duly acknowledged and delivered to the City of San Leandro and <br />which conveys to said City of San Leandro said parcel of land upon condi- <br />tions therein set forth; and <br />Whereas, said Avenue has been improved by the construction of curbs, <br />gutters, and pavement according to the specifications of the City of San <br />Leandro: <br />Now, therefore., the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE ae Follows; <br />That said Grant of Easement and the land therein described be and <br />the same is hereby accepted by the said City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Councilman Cannizzaro <br />and passed a <br />adopted this 7th day of December, 195;, by the following called vote- <br />Ayess Councilmen: Cannizzaro, Du migan, Musson, Swift# &nick ,( 5 <br />Noe s Councilmen.- None ( 0 � <br />Absent- Councilmen: De lini, Vlahos <br />Attest <br />H. 11.
