GRANT OF EASEMENT
<br />LeBrun, Incorporated, a California corporation, first party,
<br />does hereby grant unto City of San Leandro, a municipal cor-
<br />poration of the State of California, an easement for highway
<br />purposes over that certain real property situate in the City
<br />of San Leandro, Alameda County, California, described as
<br />follows, to wit:
<br />Beginning at a point on the northwestern line of
<br />West Avenue 129, formerly Williams Street, distant
<br />thereon north 61° 55' 30" east (the bearing north 610
<br />55' 30" east being assumed for the purpose of this
<br />description) 213.69 feet from the intersection thereof
<br />with the southwestern boundary line of that certain
<br />parcel of land designated as "Parcel 2", in deed from
<br />John Henriques and wife, to Lebrun Inc., a California
<br />corporation, dated May 9, 1951 and recorded May 16,
<br />1951 under Recorder's Series No. AF/41830, Alameda
<br />County Records; running thence along the said line
<br />of West Avenue 129, north 61° 55' 30" east 96.00 feet;
<br />thence southwesterly, westerly and northwesterly along
<br />the are of a curve to the right, with a radius of 20.00
<br />feet, from a tangent which bears south 610 55' 30" west,
<br />a distance of 31.42 feet; thence north 280 04' 30" west,
<br />tangent to the said last mentioned arc, a distance of
<br />700.00 feet; thence northwesterly and northerly, along
<br />the arc of a curve to the right, with a radius of
<br />150.00 feet, tangent to the said last mentioned course,
<br />a distance of 107.13 feet; thence north 12' 50' 42'
<br />east, tangent to the said last mentioned arc, a dis-
<br />tance of 59.73 feet; thence northerly and northwesterly
<br />along the arc of a curve to the left, with a radius of
<br />250.00 feet, tangent to the said last mentioned course,
<br />a distance 227.24 feet; thence north 39° 14' 02" west,
<br />tangent to the said last mentioned are, a distance of
<br />10.00 feet to a point on the southeastern boundary
<br />line of "Tract 680", according to the Map thereof,
<br />filed February 17, 1944 in Book 10 of Maps, pages 27
<br />and 28, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda
<br />County, distant thereon north 69° 30' east 3.17 feet
<br />from the point of intersection thereof with the north-
<br />eastern line of Timothy Drive; as said drive is shown
<br />on said Map; thence along the said southeastern boundary
<br />line of "Tract 680", south 69° 30' west 59.13 feet;
<br />thence south 39° 14' 02" east 28.99 feet; thence south-
<br />easterly southerly and southwesterly along the are of
<br />a curve to the right, with a radius of 70.00 feet,
<br />tangent to the said last mentioned course, a distance
<br />of 111.60 feet; thence south 520 06' 30" west, tangent
<br />to the said last mentioned arc 18.67 feet; thence
<br />southwesterly, southerly and southeasterly, along the
<br />arc of a curve to the left, tangent to the said last
<br />mentioned course, a distance of 97.96 feet to a point
<br />on a line drawn parallel with the said southwestern
<br />boundary line of that certain parcel of land designated
