- <br />�o�Kl'�:� <br />FIRE rROTECTION DISTRICT <br />SAN LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA <br />February 4,1953 `' I <br />Resolution of the Board <br />Number 25 <br />Resolution adopted by the Board of Fire Commissioners, <br />Mulford Gardens Fire Protection District,January 8,1953. <br />WHEREAS: Mr.:Yigand of they Alameda County -East 13ay <br />Title Co. has advised the Secretary of this Board,that a deed <br />of trust and a rote for the balance must be drawn up for the <br />purchase of the fire house lot in order to obtain title to the <br />property and to be exempt from taxes, <br />BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED: That the Secretary take the necessary <br />steps to purchase Lot 5,Block C of the Mulford Gardens Addition, <br />from Mr.Kitscher at the stipulated price of $3000.00 plus taxes <br />from the time of first occupancy,February 1,1951,and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the lease with option entered into <br />by the Board and Mr.Kitscher,dated February 8,1951,having been <br />declared defective,be destroyed, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the terms of the lease -option as <br />are legal pertaining to the application of such rental paid'to <br />Mr Kitscher as rental be accepted by the Board;said purchase <br />price to be 43000.00;41000.00 of which has been paid to Mr. <br />Kitscher as rental,and $1000.00 to be paid upon delivery of <br />trust deed,and the final payment of $1000.00 to be due and pay- <br />able on the First Day of February,1954;and <br />BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED: That the s--cretary is hereby authorized <br />and directed to accompiish-the terms of this resolution. y <br />Ayes: Mi.nor,Mendonca,Futrell. <br />Noes: None,_ <br />W.A.rarle,5ncretary <br />
