<br />sions thereof, for use as a roadway for vehicles of all kinds,
<br />ped,strians and animals, for water, gas, oil and sewer pipe
<br />lines, and for telephone, electric light and power lines, to-
<br />gether with the necessary poles or conduits to carry said lines,
<br />over the following described parcel of land:
<br />Beginninw at the point of intersection of the northeastern line
<br />of Alvarado Street, 5O.OJ feet wide, as described in Grant of
<br />casement from San Leandro Industrial Corporation, a corporation,
<br />to. City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, dated September
<br />17, 1951 and recorded October 2, 1951 under Recorder's Series No.
<br />AF/8293b in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County
<br />(said line of Alvarado Street being shown on the map entitled,
<br />"Tract 1125", filed October 3, 1951 in Pook 31 of .'taps page 69,
<br />in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County with the
<br />southeastern line of Nest Avenue 132, as said avenue is shown on
<br />Sheet No. 2 of that certain "Record of Survey, Oakland Title
<br />Insurance & Guaranty Company Property, Alameda County, California",
<br />filed June 3, 1947 in Book 2 of Licensed Surveys, at pages 28 and
<br />29 and 30 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County;
<br />runninthence along the said line of ,Pest Avenue 132, north 61"
<br />481 -41 west 10.00 feet to a point on the exterior boundary line
<br />of the said Oakland Title Insurance & Guaranty Company Property,
<br />said point being the most western corner of that certain parcel
<br />of land designated as "Manuel Nunes", on Sheet No. 3 of said pro-
<br />perty; thence along; the southwestern boundary line of that certain
<br />parcel of land conta ning 10 acres described in deed from Manuel
<br />Nunes to Robert Scott Holmes and J. A. Iagghianti, dated August
<br />13, 19K1, recorded October 26, 1951 under Recorder's Series No.
<br />AF/90641 in Book 6570 of Official Records of Alameda. County, page
<br />592, south 28" 06' 57" east 700.10 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF
<br />CO'.%ENCEM`NT; thence continuing along the southwestern boundary
<br />line of the said 10 acre parcel of land south 28- 06' 57" east
<br />318.706 feet, more or less, to a point on the northwestern
<br />boundary line of Alvarado Street (30.00 feet wide) as dedicated
<br />on said map of "Tract 11215"; thence alon the s aid northwestern
<br />line of Alvarado Street, south 61" 4d' west 2.81 feet, more
<br />or less, to the most southern corner of the said parcel of land
<br />designated as "Manuel Nunes" on Sheet No. 3; thence continuing
<br />along the said line of Alvarado Street, south 610 48' 44" west 5.12
<br />feet to a point on the said northeastern line of Alvarado Street,
<br />50.00 feet wide; thence along the last mentioned line north 28" 13'
<br />56" west 318.71 feet, more or less, until intersected by a line
<br />drawn south 61' 53, 03" west from the actual point of commencement;
<br />thence along the line so drawn north 61" 53' 03" east 8.59 feet
<br />to the ACTUAL rOINT OF COMM-NCEMENT.
