Crchum, Et al, dated February 17, <br />1947, recorded February 19, 1947 in Book 5095 in the Office <br />of the County Recorder of Alameda County, page 120 (Recorder's <br />Series No. AB/14222 ) bounded as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the northern line of <br />Begier Avenue with the western terminus of Begier Avenue <br />according to the map of "Broadmoor Park" filed March 2h, 1926 <br />in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County and of <br />record in !Jap Book 3, page 74; running thence along the arc <br />of a curve to the left taneent to said northern line of Begier <br />Avenue, said. curve having a radius of 28.00 feet, z distance of <br />4 3.98 feet, more or less, to the intersection thereof with the <br />southern line of said Crchum parcel of land; thence along <br />said southern line north 720 261 east 21.57 feet, more or less, <br />to the western terminus of said Begier Avenue; thence along <br />said western terminus in a northerly direction 30.00 feet, <br />more or less, to the point of beginning. <br />3/26/53—ic <br />
