S. <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SURRENDER OF LEASE (Signal <br />Oil Company) <br />Whereas, there has been presented to this Council a certain <br />Surrender of Lease dated Sept. 179 1954 of a parcel of land <br />more fully described in the said Surrender of Lease of the same exe- <br />cuted by Signal Oil Company, a corporation, to the persons entitled <br />thereto, duly acknowledged and delivered to the City of San Leandro: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said Surrender of Lease be and the same is hereby accepted <br />by the said City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Councilman V28100 and passed and <br />adopted this 29th day of September, 1954, by the following called vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: 9s21.iids DM3rA4=# F11d1W# K=ti 31dXt, <br />VUhm, Kulak ( 7 ) <br />Noes: Councilmen: NOW <br />Absent: Councilmen: VMS <br />Attest: <br />H.
