SCHEDULES B (Continued) AND C PART TWO: This part of SCHEDULE B shows liens, encumbrances, defects and other matters affecting the title to said land or to which said title is subject: (None) SCHEDULE C Description of the land, title to which is insured by this policy: All that lot of land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the southwestern line of East 14th Street, with the southeastern line of Lorraine Boulevard, as said Street and Boulevard are shown on the map hereinafter referred to; running thence southeasterly along said line of East 14th Street, 104.22 feet; thence south 58° 04t 40" west and along the southeasterly line of L•ot 3, as said Lot is shown on the map hereinafter referred to, a distance of 80 feet; thence south 580 50t west 120 feet to a point on the northeastern line of Lafayette Avenue, as said avenue is shown on the map hereinafter referred to; thence northwesterly and along said line of Lafayette Avenue, 93.92 feet; thence along the arc of a circle whose radius is 10 feet, curving; to the right or eastward, and tangent to said line of Lafayette Avenue, a distance of 15.67 feet to the intersection with the southeastern line of Lorraine Boulevard; thence north 58' 50t east along said line of Lorraine Boulevard, a distance of 190.04 feet to the point of beginning. Being Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 23, 24, 25, 26 and a portion of Lot 27, and a portion of Plot "L", as said lots and plot are shown upon that certain map entitled, " La Chateauhurst, San Leandro, Alameda County, California," filed September 17, 1926 in Book 9 of Maps, page 45, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County.
