SCHEDULES B (Continued) AND C <br />PART TWO: This part of SCHEDULE B shows liens, encumbrances, defects and other matters affecting the title to <br />said land or to which said title is subject: <br />(None) <br />SCHEDULE C <br />Description of the land, title to which is insured by this policy: <br />All that lot of land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the southwestern line of <br />East 14th Street, with the southeastern line of Lorraine Boulevard, <br />as said Street and Boulevard are shown on the map hereinafter referred <br />to; running thence southeasterly along said line of East 14th Street, <br />104.22 feet; thence south 58° 04t 40" west and along the southeasterly <br />line of L•ot 3, as said Lot is shown on the map hereinafter referred to, <br />a distance of 80 feet; thence south 580 50t west 120 feet to a point <br />on the northeastern line of Lafayette Avenue, as said avenue is shown <br />on the map hereinafter referred to; thence northwesterly and along <br />said line of Lafayette Avenue, 93.92 feet; thence along the arc of a <br />circle whose radius is 10 feet, curving; to the right or eastward, and <br />tangent to said line of Lafayette Avenue, a distance of 15.67 feet <br />to the intersection with the southeastern line of Lorraine Boulevard; <br />thence north 58' 50t east along said line of Lorraine Boulevard, a <br />distance of 190.04 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Being Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 23, 24, 25, 26 and a portion of Lot 27, and a <br />portion of Plot "L", as said lots and plot are shown upon that certain <br />map entitled, " La Chateauhurst, San Leandro, Alameda County, <br />California," filed September 17, 1926 in Book 9 of Maps, page 45, in <br />the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County. <br />
