SCHEDULES B (Continued) AND C <br />PART TWO: This part of SCHEDULE B shows liens, encumbrances, defects and other matters affecting the title to <br />said land or to which said title is subject: <br />1- General and Special County and City taxes for the year 1957-58 <br />now a lien but not yet payable nor determined as to amount. <br />SCHEDULE C <br />Description of the land, title to which is insured by this policy: <br />All that lot of land situated in the City of San Leandro, County <br />of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the eastern line of Washington Avenue, formerly <br />Watkins Street and San Lorenzo Avenue, where the same is intersected <br />by the northern line of Palm Drive, formerly Palm Court, as said line <br />of Palm Court is described in that certain deed made by Minnie M. Pelton <br />and Allen E. Pelton, her husband, to City of San Leandro, dated June 18, <br />1917 and recorded in Book 2567 of Deeds, page 324, Alameda County Records; <br />running thence northerly along said line of Washington Avenue, 40 feet; <br />thence at a right angle easterly 120 feet; thence at a right angle <br />southerly 40 feet to said line of Palm Drive; thence westerly thereon <br />120 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
