96 <br />R00.'� `iq\ 1 � AGES <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that POULTRY PRODUCERS OF CENTRAL <br />CALIFORNIA, a California corporation, for valuable considerations, does <br />hereby remise, release and forever QUITCLAIM unto the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, <br />a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, to be used for public <br />street purposes only, all of its right, title and interest in and to the <br />following described parcel of real property situated in the County of Alameda, <br />State of California, to wit: <br />A portion of the 66.92 acre tract of land fifthly <br />described in the Decree of Distribution in the Matter <br />of the Estate of Georges LeRoy, deceased, in the <br />Superior Court of Contra Costa County, Probate No.11478, <br />a certified copy of which decree was recorded Novem- <br />ber 221 1948, in book 5660 of Official Records of Alameda <br />County, at page 403 (AC-88342), described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northeastern line of Merced <br />Street, (60 feet wide) distant thereon south 270 30' East <br />20.00 feet from the intersection thereof with the south- <br />eastern line of the said 66.92 acre tract; running thence <br />tangent to said line of Merced Street along the arc of a <br />circle, concave to the right, with a radius of 20 feet, an <br />arc distance of 31.42 feet to the said southeastern line <br />of the 66.92 acre tract; thence along the last named line <br />south 620 30' west 20.00 feet to said northeastern line of <br />Merced Street; thence along the last named line south 270 <br />30' east 20.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said real property unto the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, <br />its successors and assigns forever. Provided, however, that should the City <br />of San Leandro fail or cease to use said property for public street pur- <br />poses, then and in that event, said property shall revert to and revest in <br />Poultry Producers of Central California, its successors and assigns. <br />
