That the following resolution was duly adopted <br />by the Board of Directors of Poultry Producers of Central <br />California in Organization Meeting held in San Francisco, <br />California, on April 3, 1957, as it appears in the minutes <br />thereof: <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that in the absence of the <br />President and both Vice Presidents from the principal <br />place of business of the Corporation, the General <br />Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, be and they <br />are hereby authorized to sign and execute all con- <br />tracts, evidences of debt, and other documents on be- <br />half of the Corporation, from this date until this <br />authorization is revoked by resolution of the Board <br />of Directors or until other action is taken by the <br />Board of Directors. <br />2. That L. N.
