Mr. Carden <br />DATE-inuary 13, 1955 <br />Re: Land Involved in Overpass - Braddock, Logan a alley Development <br />Please find attached a description for that portion of Halcyon Drive Ext6nsion <br />which was excluded from Tract 1417 when said map was filed. This area is necessary in order <br />to have land available for the overpass of the Eastshore Freeway to connect this easterly <br />area to the westerly area when and if the same is needed. <br />You will recall this was one of the points discussed at the Council meeting of <br />January 10, 1955 and again yesterday between y1urself and Yr. 11cClure. <br />When the necessary legal document has been drawn up, if it is returned to this <br />office, we v+rill take steps to have the same signed by the propwr persons so that the Council <br />may act upon it.
