STREET DEDICATION <br />THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this 29th day of February, <br />1956, by and between, <br />BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, a <br />national banking association, the Party of the First Part, and the <br />CITY OF' SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, situated in the <br />County of Alameda, State of California, the Party of the Second <br />Part, <br />WITNESSETH; That the said Party of the First Part does hereby <br />Grant, Transfer and Alien unto the said Party of the Second Part <br />for the purpose of a public street or highway, all that certain <br />parcel of land situated in the County of Alameda, bounded as <br />follows; <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of West Avenue 129, <br />formerly Williams Street, being the projection southwesterly of <br />the center line of said West 129th Avenue, known as County Road <br />No, 6002, distant thereon south 62' 301 west 20 feet from the <br />intersection thereof with the southwestern line of the parcel of <br />land firstly described in deed from Theodore LeRoy to the Bay <br />and Coast Railroad Company, a corporation, dated June 22, 1878 <br />and recorded June 25, 1878 in Book 163 of Deeds, page 234, Alameda <br />County Records; running thence south 27° 301 east 30 feet; thence <br />south 620 301 west 2484.50 feet, more or less, to a point on the <br />northeastern boundary line of that certain parcel of land <br />described in deed for public highway from George B. Mendonca, et <br />al., to County of Alameda, dated August 2, 1948 and recorded <br />August 9, 1948 under Recorder's Series No. AC/61716 in the office <br />of the County Recorder of Alameda County; thence continuing south <br />620 301 west 60.00 feet; thence north 27° 301 west 30.00 feet to <br />the said projected center line of said West Avenue 129, being the <br />northwestern line of that certain 51 acre tract of land described <br />in the deed from Victor LeRoy, et al., to Thomas W. Mulford, <br />dated January 16, 1883 and recorded January 16, 1883 in Book 249 <br />of Deeds, page 38; thence along the said last named line north <br />62° 30, east 2544.50 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br />Being a portion of the northwestern 30.00 feet of the said 51 <br />acre tract, described in the deed to Thomas W. Mulford, above <br />referred to. <br />The property hereby conveyed to be known as <br />until such time as the Party of the Second Part deems it <br />necessary to designate it otherwise. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the said Party of the Second Part <br />forever for the sole object and purpose of maintaining therein <br />a public street or highway and for no other purpose; and should <br />
