Beal to John Justin and Flora E. Justin, <br />dated January 19, 1946, recorded February 7, 1946 in Book 4823 <br />at page 416, Official Records of Alameda County, California, <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Portion of the 5 acre tract of land described in the deed by <br />Miria Eugenia Duarte to Foster Ramos, dated September 30, 1920, <br />recorded October 1, 1920 in Book 2996 of Records, page 144, in <br />the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northwestern line of 147th Avenue, <br />distant thereon south 41° 301 west 101.10 feet from the north- <br />eastern line of said 5 acre tract and running thence along said <br />line of 147th Avenue south 41° 30t west 111.00 feet; thence north <br />48' 301 west 210.00 feet; thence north 410 301 east 111.00 feet; <br />thence south 480 301 east 210.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />the above described parcel containing 0.53 acre, more or less, <br />hereby agree that if we decide to sell said property the City of San Leandro <br />shall be given first option of purchasing said property at the appraised <br />market cash value.
