SCHEDULES B (Continued) AND C <br />PART TWO: This part of SCHEDULE B shows liens, encumbrances, defects and other matters affecting the <br />title to said land or to which said title is subject: <br />1- Taxes for 1956-57 now a lien but not yet payable nor determined <br />as to amount. <br />2- Second Installment of County of Alameda and City of San Leandro <br />taxes for 1955-56 as follows: Amount P87.60 nf' -hick 3.65 is for <br />County Account No. 75-165-7 personal property. <br />3- Permanent race restrictions, with provision for reversion of <br />title upon a breach thereof, contained in the following deeds: <br />(a) Earl Derry and Stella Derry, his wife, dated February 16, 1925 <br />and recorded February 19, 1925 in Book 937 OR, page 118. <br />(b) Joseph St. Mary and Sophie St. Flory, his wife, dated June 20, <br />1925 and recorded June 29, 1925 in Book 1053 OR, page 146. <br />Said deeds contain no mortgage protection clause. <br />Reference is had to the record thereof for particulars. <br />SCHEDULE C <br />Description of the land, title to which is insured by this policy. <br />All that lot of land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Lot 3 of Del Orta, according to the map thereof filed February 7, 1925 <br />in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, and of record <br />in Map Book 4, page 1. <br />
