<br />LOUIS BRUNO, a married man, and VITO BRUNO, an unmarried man, hereby
<br />grant to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, all that land
<br />situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California,
<br />described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 2 in Tract 756, as said
<br />lot and tract are shown on the Map entitled, "Tract 756, San Le-
<br />andro, Alameda County, California", filed May 25, 1946 in Book 10
<br />of Maps, page 25, Records of Alameda County, California, being on
<br />the south line of Lucille Street, formerly Williams Lane, as shown
<br />on the aforementioned map, being also on the southwest line of Lot
<br />18 in Block "A", as said Lot 18 and Block "A" are shown on the map
<br />entitled, "Map of Dabner's Addition to the Town of San Leandro",
<br />filed May 16, 1871 in Book 2 of Maps, page 22, Records of Alameda
<br />County, California; thence north 27° 541 30" west (the basis of
<br />bearings being said Tract 756) 4.28 feet along the last mentioned
<br />line to the actual point of beginning of the parcel of land to be
<br />described; thence continuing along the last mentioned line north
<br />27° 541 30" west 11.77 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot
<br />18; thence north 83° east 113.00 feet, more or less, along the
<br />north line of said Lot 18 to the northeast corner of said Lot 18;
<br />thence south 27° 541 30" east 17.96 feet to a point of cusp with
<br />a tangent curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 9 feet
<br />and a central angle of 69° 051 30"; thence northwesterly and west-
<br />erly 10.85 feet along the arc of the aforementioned curve to a
<br />tangent line parallel and 10.99 feet south of the said north line
<br />of Lot 18; thence south 83' west 106.8 feet, more or less, along
<br />the aforesaid parallel line to the actual point of beginning.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 0.03 acres, more or
<br />less.

<br />appeared Louis Shepard, known to me to be the person whose name is sub—
<br />scribed to the within instrument, as a witness thereto, who being by me
<br />duly sworn, says: That he resides in Berkeley, California, and that he
<br />was present and saw Mary A. Bruno, Vito Bruno, and Louis Bruno, also
<br />known. as Louie Bruno, who are personally known to him to be the same per-
<br />sons l,:hose names are subscribed to the within instrument, sign and deliver
<br />the same and that they then acknowledged to affiant that they executed the
<br />same; and that said affiant subscribed his name thereto as a witness.
