Webb, his wife, parties of the first part, and City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, the party of the second part, WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, the receipt whereof is here- by acknowledged, does grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigiis, for highway purposes, all that land situated in the City of San Leandro, 4ameda County, California, and particularly described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the northwestern line of West Avenue 132, formerly First Street, distant thereon south 620 west 803.84 feet from the southwestern line of Orchard Avenue; and running thence along said line of West Avenue 132 south 620 west 40 feet; thence north 270 45' west 560.35 feet; thence north 620 east 40 feet to a line drawn north 270 45' west from the point of beginning; and thence south 270 45' east 560.35 feet to the point of beginning.
