P <br />eom 7226 mbc5, 64 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SXN LE..ANDRO <br />RESOLJTION NO. 00 C.M.S. <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FASMICTMT A^I.J AUTHORI'ZING THE <br />MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREMLENT THEREFOR <br />Whereas, there has been presented to this Council a certain contract dated <br />October 13, 1953, whereby Central Pacific Railroad Company and its Lsee, the <br />Southern.
