October 1,3, 1953, contained a typographical error in that it refers to <br />a drawing as S - 1902 Sheet No. 1 dated Aubrust 19, 1953 whereas the refer - <br />ante shou:__-: have been S - 1903 Sheet No. 1 dated August 18, 1953; an'' <br />Whereas, the Southern Pacific Company has requested that said Reco_�.tion <br />be cor�-:-.3teds <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San heandro does REWSOLVE <br />as follows: <br />That said Resolution No. 2208 C.M.S. be, and it is hereby amended to react <br />as follows:: <br />Whereas, there has been presented to this Council a certain contract dated <br />October 1�3,, 1953, whereby Central Pacific Railroad Company and its Lessee, the <br />South--i2 Pacific Company grant to the City of San Leandro, subject to certain <br />conditions therein set forth, an Easement for sewer lines across their propert.� <br />hest Avenue 135 and delineated on Western Division Drawing S - 1903, Sh. e <br />No. 1, dated August 18, 1953. <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RLSOLVE <br />as follows: <br />That said Easement be and it is hereby accepted subject to the terms and <br />conditions in said grant contained and the Mayor is he -::by authorized and <br />directed to execute <br />the said Agreement on <br />behalfi <br />of the City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by <br />Councilman D=149A� <br />I� <br />and passed and <br />adap ed this 16th day of November, 1953., by the following called vote: <br />Cannizzaro <br />Cv` <br />� Ayes r.
