Boov,8318 P,Arf219 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NOo 3175 C MoS <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE <br />(Willieard) <br />RECITALS <br />The City of San Leandro has acquired title, in fee, to the <br />property described in the partial reconveyanee hereinafter mentioned. <br />The trustees under the deed of trust which constitutes a lien upon <br />the prc' •r �I:y acquired by the City as well as other property, have <br />r-E.cuttd a partial reconveyanee releasing the City acquired property <br />from the lien of such deed of trust by partial reconveyanee dated <br />February 8, 1957, duly acknowledged and delivered to the City of San <br />Leandro as assignee of the grantor of said property, <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said partial reconveyanee be and the same hereby is accepted <br />icy said City of San Leandro, <br />Introduced by Councilman Belli.ni and passed and <br />18th day of March, <br />altXpted this 1957, by the following called vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Councilmen.
