A. <br />holder of the promissory note secured by said Deed of Trust, do hereby grant, remise, <br />release and Reconvey unto <br />LAROINDA HELEKUNIHI WILLIEARD formerly known as LAROINDA HELEKUNIHI, <br />And LUTHER WILT,IEA.RD, her husband, <br />h heirs and assigns <br />without any warranty, all the estate and interest derived to us, the said Trustees, by or <br />through said Deed of Trust, IN THAT PORTION of the land described in said Deed of Trust, <br />situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda <br />State of California, and bounded and particularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the southeast line of Peralta Avenue distant <br />thereon 108.00 feet frog the intersection of said line with the south- <br />west line of East Fourteenth Street as said line now exists and as <br />shown on that certain map entitled, "East Fourteenth Street Widening", <br />filed September 50 1917 in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda <br />County, said point being also on th southwest line of the parcel of <br />land described in deed from Andrew George Swanson and Helen Swanson to <br />Joseph and Christina Proietti dated November 3, 1947 and recorded <br />November 7, 1947 in Book 5305, page 143, Official Records of Alameda <br />County, California; thence southwesterly along said southease line of <br />Peralta Avenue 40.00 feet, more or less, to the northeast line of the <br />parcel of land described in and conveyed to Frank Tejeda by Decree of <br />Settlement of Final Distribution in Superior Court of the State of <br />California in and for the County of Alameda (Dep. No. 4) dated April <br />30, 1946 and recorded April 30, 1946 in Book 4891, page 37, Official <br />Records of Alameda County, California; thence southeasterly along the <br />last mentioned line 8.00 feet; thence northeasterly parallel with said <br />southeast line of Peralta Avenue 40,00 feet, more or less, to the said <br />southwest line of the Proietti parcel; thence northwesterly along the <br />last mentioned line 8.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />To Have and To Hold the same, without any warranty, unto the said <br />heirs and assigns forever. <br />In Witness Whereof, we have hereunto set our hands and seals -this 8th <br />day of Februar-I A.
