Carden, a Notary Public in <br />and for the County of Alameda, State of California, personally appeared <br />LeRoy E. Riordan and Richard A. Thomas, known to me to be the persons <br />whose names are subscribed to the within instrument as witnesses there- <br />to who being by me duly and separately sworn, say: That they, and each <br />of them, reside in San Leandro, Alameda County, California, and that <br />they, and each of them, were present and saw Laroinda Helekunihi Willieard, <br />who is personally known to them, and each of them, to be the same person <br />whose name is subscribed to the annexed instrument, sign and deliver the <br />same, and that she then acknowledged to affiants, and each of them, that <br />she executed the same, and that said affiants subscribed their names <br />thereto as witnesses. <br />. /� ZA dif l <br />Notary Public in and for said County <br />and State. <br />83 <br />
