I am attaching legal <br />2 <br />descriptions and a plat of the Te'eda (153 Peralta) and Willieard ( 141 Peralta) <br />3 <br />properties. It is our intention to acquire by dedication or purchase 8 feet of <br />4 <br />property along t-AX Peralta from these two property owners - on which a 5 foot <br />5 <br />sidewalk would be constructed. You felt that we should have title searches on these <br />6 <br />properties.
