;8J�1 r_E 85 <br />DEED <br />FRANK TEJEDA, Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, Grantee, <br />for street purposes, all that land situated in the City of San Leandro, County <br />of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />PARCEL I <br />BEGINNING at a point on the southeast line of Peralta Avenue distant <br />thereon 148.00 feet from the intersection of said line with the south- <br />west line of East Fourteenth Street as said line now exists and as shown <br />on that certain map entitled, "East Fourteenth Street Widening", filed <br />September 5, 1917 in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, <br />said point being also on the southwest line of the parcel of land des- <br />cribed in quitclaim deed from Lucia Helekunihi Silva, et al, to Laroninda <br />Helekunihi Willieard dated July 23, 1952 and recorded July 31, 1952 in <br />Book 6792, page 60, Official Records of Alameda County, California; <br />thence southwesterly along said southeast line of Peralta Avenue 40.00 <br />feet, more or less, to the northeast line of the parcel of land described <br />in deed from Charles D. and Lucretia B. Bates to Francisco R. Tejeda, <br />dated July 21, 1942 and recorded July 30, 1942 in Book 4241, page 330, <br />Official Records of Alameda County, California; thence southeasterly <br />along the last mentioned line 8.00 feet; thence northeasterly parallel <br />with said southeast line of Peralta Avenue 40.00 feet, more or less, to <br />the said southwest line of the Willieard parcel; thence northwesterly <br />along the last mentioned line 8.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />PARCEL II <br />BEGINNING at a point on the southeast line of Peralta Avenue, distant <br />thereon 188.00 feet from the intersection of said line with the south- <br />west line of East Fourteenth Street as said line now exists and as shown <br />on that certain map entitled, "East Fourteenth Street Widening", filed <br />September 5, 1917 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County <br />said point being also on the southwest line of the parcel of land des- <br />cribed in and conveyed to Frank Tejeda by Decree of settlement of Final <br />Distribution in Superior Court of the State of California in and for the <br />County of Alameda (Dept. No. 4) dated April 30, 1946 and recorded April <br />30, 1946 in Book 4891, page 37, Official Records of Alameda County; <br />thence southwesterly along said southeast line of Peralta Avenue 12.00 <br />feet, more or less, to the northeast line of Lafayette Avenue as said <br />line now exists; thence southeasterly along the last mentioned line 17.96 <br />feet to a point of cusp with a curve concave to the southeast having a <br />radius of 10.00 feet; thence northerly and northeasterly along said curve <br />15.67 feet through an angle of 890 451 20" to the end of said curve; thence <br />northeasterly tangent to said curve, and parallel with the said southeast <br />line of Peralta Avenue 2.04 feet, more or less, to the said southwest line <br />of the Frank Tejeda parcel; thence northwesterly along the last mentioned <br />line 8.00 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br />The consideration of this deed is that Grantee will construct, without cost <br />to Grantor, a public sidewalk on said premises. <br />Dated: January 10, 1957. <br />Witness: <br />
