THE FOXBORO COMPANY, a corporation, hereby grants to the City of San <br />Leandro, a municipal corporation, all that real property in the City of <br />San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows - <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the southwesterly <br />line of Preda Street (Preda Lane) with the northwesterly line of <br />that certain parcel of land described in deed to C & S Furniture <br />Company, recorded May 9, 1952, in Book 6725 of Deeds, page 589, <br />records of Alarm da County, California; thence along said line of <br />Preda Street north 120 481 west 215-50 feet, more or less, to a <br />point on the northwesterly line of the certain parcel of land des- <br />cribed in deed to E. J. Carlson and C. W.
