CITY OF SAIN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO: 2593 C�MoS- <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED <br />(Isadore Grayson, et ux) <br />Whereas, there has been presented to this Council a certain <br />Deed dated February 7, 1955, to a parcel of land more fully des.= <br />cribed in the said Deed to the same executed by Isadore Grayson <br />and o Grayson, his wife, to the City of Sao. Leandro, a municipal <br />corporation, d?ily acknowledged and delivered to the City of San <br />Leandro <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLIE as follows <br />That said Deed and the land therein described be and the same <br />is hereby accepted by the said City of San Leandro, upon the condi- <br />t-ior subsequent nevertheless that said street be improved by the <br />party making said conveyance and dedication thereof without cost <br />to the City of San Leandro, <br />Introduced by Councilman DunniCan and passed <br />2&A <br />and adopted th s3Kst day of February, 1955, by the following called <br />vote <br />Ayes s Councilmen: Dellis-., lhuuii&ar,, Fraz:iar, Kwit, 6-wifts, <br />Vlahos, Knick ( 7 ) <br />Woes-.
