4. Any adverse claim _ the United States of AmcL-LL�a or the State of <br />California based upon the assertion that any portion of said land <br />was not tideland, subject to disposition by the State of <br />California, or that any portion thereof has become submerged land <br />by reason of erosion, or has become upland by reason of accretion. <br />5. The conditions, restrictions and limitations and rights, powers, <br />duties and trusts contained in the legislative grants, and by law, <br />as to the land, or any portion thereof, acquired by the , by virtue <br />of legislative grants from the State of California and such <br />reversionary rights and other rights and interest, if any, as may <br />be possessed by the State of California under the terms and <br />provisions of said legislative grants, any amendments thereto and <br />by law. <br />6. Public trust rights and easements, including but not limited to, <br />rights and easements for navigation, commerce and fisheries. <br />7.
