Lincoln, a co- <br />partnership, dated December 5, 1949, recorded December 12, 1949 in <br />Book 5959 of OR page 410, Alameda County Records. <br />Said declaration contains a mortgage protection clause. <br />Reference is had to the record thereof for particulars. <br />SCHEDULE C <br />Description of the land, title to which is insured by this policy: <br />All that lot of land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Lot 4, and a portion of Lot 5, in Block D, Tract 881, as per Map of <br />said tract filed March 9, 1949 in Book 30 of Maps, page 10, Records <br />of Alameda County, California, the said portion of Lot 5 being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the southwest line of said Lot 5 and 20 feet <br />from the most westerly corner of said lot; thence northerly along a <br />curve convex to the northeast with a radius of 20 feet for 31.42 feet <br />to a point of cusp of the northwest line of said lot; thence south- <br />westerly along the last mentioned line to the said most westerly corner <br />of said lot; thence southeasterly along the said southwestern line of <br />Lot 5 to the point of beginning. <br />
