SCHEDULES B (Continued) AND C PART TWO: This part of SCHEDULE B shows liens, encumbrances, defects and other matters affecting the title to said land or to which said title is subject: 1- General and Special County and City taxes for the year 1957-58 now a lien, but not yet payable, nor determined as to amount. 2- Reservation of sewer purposes affecting the southeastern 10 feet of said Lot 4, as shown on the Map herein referred to. 3- Covenants, conditions and restrictions, until January 1, 1970, with provision for extension thereafter, and no express provision for forfeiture and reversion of title in event of violation thereof, contained in the declaration by F. W. Valley-W. G. Lincoln, a co- partnership, dated December 5, 1949, recorded December 12, 1949 in Book 5959 of OR page 410, Alameda County Records. Said declaration contains a mortgage protection clause. Reference is had to the record thereof for particulars. SCHEDULE C Description of the land, title to which is insured by this policy: All that lot of land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Lot 4, and a portion of Lot 5, in Block D, Tract 881, as per Map of said tract filed March 9, 1949 in Book 30 of Maps, page 10, Records of Alameda County, California, the said portion of Lot 5 being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southwest line of said Lot 5 and 20 feet from the most westerly corner of said lot; thence northerly along a curve convex to the northeast with a radius of 20 feet for 31.42 feet to a point of cusp of the northwest line of said lot; thence south- westerly along the last mentioned line to the said most westerly corner of said lot; thence southeasterly along the said southwestern line of Lot 5 to the point of beginning.
