<br />PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation, hereinafter
<br />called Pacific, hereby grants to CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation,
<br />hereinafter called City, a right of way for street purposes within -that cer-
<br />tain parcel of land, situate in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda,
<br />State of California, described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Beginning at the most easterly corner of Lot 4 of Block D, as said
<br />Lot 4 and Block D are shown upon that certain map of Tract 881 filed
<br />for record in the office of the County Recorder of said County of
<br />Alameda in Book 30 of Maps at page 10, said most easterly corner being
<br />in the northwesterly boundary line of the parcel of land described in
<br />the deed from F. W. Valley and others to Pacific, dated February
<br />9, 1945 and recorded in the office of said County Recorder in Book
<br />4684 of Official Records at page 25, and running thence southeasterly
<br />on a curve to the right, with a radius of 124.29 feet, through a cen-
<br />tral angle of 34° 24' 14", and tangent at the northwesterly terminus
<br />thereof to a line which has a bearing of S. 61° 47' 15" E., an arc
<br />distance of 74.63 feet; thence southeasterly on a curve to the left,
<br />with a radius of 200.00 feet, through a central angle of 12° 55' 50"
<br />and tangent at the northwesterly terminus thereof to a line which has
<br />a bearing of S. 27° 23' 01" E., an arc distance of 45.14 feet to the
<br />southeasterly boundary line of the parcel of land described in said
<br />deed to Pacific; thence S. 28° 12' 45" -d., along the last mentioned
<br />boundary line, 59.19 feet; thence northwesterly on a curve to the right,
<br />with a radius of 256.00 feet, through a central angle of 17° 47' 09",
<br />and tangent at the northwesterly terminus thereof to the next succeed-
<br />ing course, an arc distance of 79.47 feet; thence 11. 270 23' 01" W.
<br />19.37 feet; thence northwesterly on a curve to the left, with a radius
<br />of 40.00 feet, through a central angle of 34° 24' 14", and tangent at
<br />the southeasterly terminus thereof to the preceding course, an arc dis-
<br />tance of 24.02 feet to the most southerly corner of said Lot 4, said
<br />most southerly corner being in the northwesterly boundary line of the
<br />parcel of land described in said deed to Pacific; thence N. 28° 12'
<br />45" E., along the last mentioned boundary line, 50.00 feet, more or
<br />less, to the point of beginning.
<br />Pacific reserves to itself, its successors and assigns, the right to main-
<br />tain and use its existing facilities on said parcel of land and the further
<br />right to erect, install, replace, remove, maintain and use in, on, along and
<br />across said parcel of land such underground pipe lines, for any and all pur-
<br />poses, and underground and overhead electric and communication lines, as it
<br />shall from time to time deem necessary in the conduct of its business, but only
<br />in locations that will not unreasonably interfere with City's use of said par-
<br />cel of land for street purposes.
