BOGK������ PQGE�lis <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />Agreement made this 13th day of September, 1956, between the City of <br />San Leandro, a municipal corporation, First Party, and Pine & Co., a <br />partnership, and Eugene Rene Le Roy, Second Parties, witnessetho <br />RECITALS <br />On September 4, 1953, Second Parties executed a Grant of Easement to <br />First Party, which Grant was recorded in Volume 7140, Official Records, <br />Page 375 et seq., Alameda County Records. Second Parties desire the extin- <br />guishment of said Grant of Easement. <br />For a valuable consideration the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />First Party does hereby release and quitclaim unto Second Parties all the <br />right, title, interest, claim, and demand whatsoever which it had acquired <br />in, by, or through the aforesaid Grant of Easement. <br />In Witness Whereof, the City has hereunto caused its name and seal to <br />be hereunto affixed by its Mayor thereunto duly authorized. <br />CITY OF SAN EANDRO, <br />a muni corporation <br />By Thomas 0.
