CORREIA, his wife, hereby grant to the <br />City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, all that real property situated <br />in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline <br />of 14 3rd Avenue, formerly known as Knox Avenue, with the <br />northeasterly line of Washington Avenue, formerly known <br />as San Lorenzo Avenue, as said avenues are shown on "Map <br />of the L. Knox Tract, a part of the San Leandro Rancho, <br />Alameda Co., Cal.," filed April 11, 1893 in Book 14 of <br />Maps at page 10, Records of Alameda County, California; <br />thence north 42° east along said centerline 125 feet; <br />thence south 48' east 30 feet along the northeasterly <br />line of that certain parcel of land described in a deed <br />from Joseph W. Smith, et al to Joseph and Beatrice R. <br />Correia, his wife, filed October 21, 1955 in Book 7821 <br />at page 270 of Deeds, Official Records of Alameda <br />County, California; thence leaving said northeast line, <br />south 420 west 93.74 feet, more or less, to a tangent <br />curve concave to the southeast having a radius of <br />42 feet; thence southwesterly, southerly and southeast- <br />erly along the arc of said curve 51.31 feet to a <br />tangent line parallel to and northeasterly of the said <br />northeasterly line of Fashington Avenue, being 12 feet <br />distant therefrom, measured at right angles; thence <br />south 280 east along said parallel line 98.29 feet, <br />more or less, to a point on the southeast line of the <br />aforesaid parcel deeded from Joseph W. Smith to <br />Joseph and Beatrice R.
