<br />matter of the estate of said decedent, a certified copy of which
<br />said decree is of record in Book 3808, page 314., Official Records

<br />CITY OF SAN L�ANDRO, a municipal corporation, situated in the
<br />County of Alameda, State of California, the Party of the Second
<br />Part,

<br />for the purpose of a public street or highway, all that certain
<br />parcel of land situated in the County of Alameda, bounded as

<br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the northwestern line
<br />of uVest Avenue 129, also Known as 'hilliams Street, with the
<br />southwestern line of the right of way, 60 feet wide, now of the
<br />Southern Pacific Company, as described in the deed by
<br />Theodore LeRoy to the Bay Coast Rail Road Company, dated June 22,
<br />1878 and recorded June 25, 1878 in Book lb3 of Deeds, page 234,
<br />Alameda County Records; thence along the said last mentioned line
<br />south 27' 30' east 30.00 feet to a point on the center line of
<br />said `blest Avenue 129; thence along the said last mentioned line
<br />south 620 30' west 2504.50 feet, more or less, to a point on the
<br />nortrleastern boundary line of that certain parcel of land
<br />described in deed for public highway from George B. IViendonca,
<br />et al, to County of Alameda, dated August 2, 1948 and recorded
<br />August 9, 1948 under Recorder's Series No. AC/61716 in the office
<br />of the County Recorder of Alameda County; thence continuing south
<br />620 30' west 60.00 feet; thence north 27' 30' west 30.00 feet to
<br />a point on the southeastern boundary line of that certain 129.20
<br />acre tract of land described in the deed by Rene de Tocqueville
<br />and Henriette LeRoy de Tocqu.eville to Jose Bernardo Mendonca,
<br />dated November 11 1901 and recorded November 1, 1901 in Book 799
<br />of Deeds, page 273, Alameda County Records; thence along the said
<br />last mentioned line north 62030' east 2564.50 feet, more or less,
