Taylor, his wife <br />executed a promissory note in the sum of $5,800.00 in favor of California -Western <br />States Life Insurance Company, a California corporation secured by a Deed of <br />Trust recorded on April 5, 1955 in Book 7620, Page 431 of Official Records of <br />the County Recorder of Alameda County, State of California, and <br />WHEREAS, Walter J. Taylor and Rosella M. Taylor, his wife, the record owners <br />of said real property have executed a Grant of Easement to the City of San Leandro <br />for the construction and maintenance of sanitary sewers, dated June 9, 1959. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, California -Western States Life Insurance Company, a Calif- <br />ornia corporation, the owner and holder of the first above mentioned Deed of Trust <br />and note, does hereby subordinate said Deed of Trust to the Grant of Easement to <br />the City of San Leandro. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 19th - -� <br />day of August_ l fl.(j- 59 <br />RECORDED AT FEQUFST OF <br />NORTH AMER,CAN TITLE UU,-A.
