�noN�7 PAG=?41 <br />AP50921 4r a 7 <br />THIS AGREEI E,IU made I-a.Y 15, , 1958, between LLOYD R. <br />BRADHOFF, hereinafter called 'Owner," and CITY OF SAN LEATUIO, hereinafter <br />called "City," <br />]ITTESSETH: <br />OUmer is the owner of certain property known as 14706 and 14700 Eartell <br />Court, San Leandro, California, hereinafter described as Parcels B and C, % 1 <br />respectively. <br />Owner proposes to construct a 7 unit apartment house on each of the afore- <br />said parcels, and proposes to set aside the property hereinafter described as <br />"Parcel A" as a driveway for the benefit of tenants of the properties herein- <br />after described as "Parcel B" and "Parcel C." <br />NOW T=FORE, owner agrees that "Parcel A" hereinafter described, shall <br />be used for a driveway for the benefit of tenants of the properties hereinafter <br />described as "Parcel B11 and "Parcel C." Owner also agrees that this covenant <br />shall run with the land and may be released only by mutual agreement of the <br />owner or his successors in interest, and the City of San Leandro. This instru- <br />ment is not, nor shall it ever be construed as a dedication of any part of the <br />premises herein described. Said properties herein mentioned are all that land <br />situated in the City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California, described as <br />.follows: <br />"Parcel A" <br />The southwestern 5.00 feet, right angle measurement, of"Parcel B", <br />hereinafter described, and the northeastern 5.00 feet, right <br />angle measurement, of "Parcel C" hereinafter described. <br />"Parcel B" <br />Lot 14 and a portion of Lot 15 of Tract 1919, according to the <br />map thereof filed February 27, 1958 in the office of the County <br />Recorder of said Alameda County, and of record in Nap Book 38, <br />page 68, bounded as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the northern line of Hartell <br />Court; as showm on said map, with the dividing line between said <br />Lots 14 and 15, and running thence north 410 191 24" west 144.87 <br />feet to a point on the northern line of said Lot 15, distant <br />thereon north 89° 591 east 13.32 feet from the western line of <br />said lot, thence north 89° 591 east, along the northern line of <br />said Lots 15 and 14, a distance of 130.54 feet to the eastern line <br />of said Lot 14; thence south 0° O11 east along the last mentioned <br />line, 101.39 feet to said northern line of I;artell Court; thence <br />3?--!;, <br />
