<br />GOLDEN GRAN MACARONI COMPANY, a aldfornia corporation, hereby
<br />grants to the pity of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, all that real
<br />property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of
<br />California, described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the northwestern line
<br />of that certain tract of land described as Parcel #5 in the deed
<br />from Alameda County -East Bay Title Insurance Company, a corpora-
<br />tion, to The Western Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation,
<br />recorded March 6, 1950 in Book 6041 of Official Records of
<br />Alameda County, Page 125, with the northeastern line of that
<br />certain 80.0 foot strip of land, described in the deed from
<br />Andrew Murphy, et ux, to Western Pacific Railway Company recorded
<br />June 16, 1906 in Book 1170 of Deeds, Page 83, Alameda County
<br />Records, said point of commencement being the most westerly
<br />corner of that certain map entitled "Record of Survey for Western
<br />Pacific Railroad Company, Estudillo Property," filed for record
<br />April 3, 1962 in Book 4 of Records of Surveys at Page 45, Alameda
<br />County Records; thence from said point of commencement South
<br />49° 31' East along the northeastern line of said 80.0 foot strip
<br />of land (the bearing of said northeastern line being taken as
<br />South 49° 31' East for the purpose of this description), a
<br />distance of 247.70 feet, to the most southerly corner of said
<br />Parcel 5; thence North 41° 57' 30" East along the southeastern
<br />line of said Parcel 5 and along the northeasterly production of
<br />said southeastern line, a distance of 415.29 feet, to the point
<br />of beginning of the parcel of land to be described, said point
<br />of beginning being the most northerly corner of Parcel 3,
<br />described in said deed recorded in Book 6041 of Official Records
<br />at Page 125; said point of beginning being a point on the south-
<br />eastern line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Alameda
<br />County -East Bay Title Insurance Company to Golden Grain Macaroni
<br />Company recorded February 27, 1950 in Book 6031 of Official
<br />Records of Alameda County, Page 572; thence from said point of
<br />beginning North 48° 00' West along the northwesterly production
<br />of the northeastern line of said Parcel #3, a distance of 1.44
<br />feet; thence South 42° 11' 55" West, a distance of 12.26 feet;
<br />thence along the arc of a curve having a radius of 630.0 feet
<br />(the center of said curve bears South 470 48' 05" East), through
<br />a central angle of 4° 11' 4911, an arc distance of 46.15 feet,
<br />to a point on said southeastern line of said parcel of land
<br />conveyed to Golden Grain Macaroni Company; thence along last said
<br />line North 410 57' 30'' East, a distance of 58.38 feet, to the
<br />point of beginning.'
<br />Containing an area of 65.28 square feet, more or less.
