r AY 78808 H14795 IM_753 GRANT OF EASEMENT FIRST SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a California corporation, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, a right of way and easement for the purpose of the construction and maintenance of a concrete pipe storm drain over, under, and across that certain real property of First Savings and Loan Association described as follows: Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the southwestern line of Bermuda Avenue with the southwestern boundary line of Tract 2143, as shown on the map filed March 16, 1961, in Book 44 of Maps at page 19, Records of Alameda County; thence along the said tract line north 27' 30' west 6.18 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence south 57° 10' 45" west 350.85 feet to the easterly line described in the Grant Deed by Marina Development Company, a partnership, to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, dated June 24, 1964, and recorded July 1, 1964, in Reel 1248, Image 41, Official Records of Alameda County; thence along said easterly line of said Grant Deed, north 23' 24' 14" west 10.14 feet to a point, said point being south 23' 24' 14" east 190.73 feet from an angle point in said easterly line; thence north 57' 10' 45" east 350.13 feet to the aforesaid tract line; thence along said tract line south 27' 30' east 10.04 feet to the point of beginning.
