H. McENTYRE, a widower, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a <br />(municipal corporation, an easement for storm drainage purposes over, in and under <br />Jail that land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the southeastern line of <br />Lewelling Boulevard, 66 feet wide, also known as County Road No. <br />1007, with the southwestern line of that certain parcel of land <br />vested in Richfield Oil Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, by <br />deed dated March 25, 1952 and recorded March 31, 1952, in Book <br />6694, page 27, Official Records of Alameda County; thence from <br />said point of beginning along the said southeastern line of <br />Lewelling Boulevard south 62' 30' 30" west (south 62° 3011 3011 <br />west being taken as the bearing of the said southeastern line of <br />Lewelling Boulevard for the purpose of this description) 213.13 <br />feet to its intersection with the eastern line of that certain <br />5 acre parcel of land described in the deed from Duncan Cameron <br />to E. H. Gansberger dated February 3, 1879, recorded February 15, <br />1879 in Book 175 of Deeds, page 420, Records of Alameda County; <br />thence alone said eastern line south 0° 30' east 16.87 feet to <br />its intersection with a line parallel with the said southeastern <br />line of Lewelling Boulevard and 15.00 feet (measured at right <br />angles) southeasterly therefrom; thence along said parallel line <br />north 62' 30' 30" east 220.86 feet to its intersection with the <br />said southwestern line of the said Richfield Oil Corporation par- <br />cel; thence along the said southwestern line of the Richfield Oil <br />Corporation parcel north 27' 29' 30" west 15.00 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 3254.93 square feet <br />more or less. <br />Dated: October 4, 1960 � � r--- <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA ) <br />On 30 1960, before me,GG'��a'�"' - <br />a Notary Public in and for the County of Alameda, State of California, person- <br />ally appeared C.
