Bulcao <br />recorded December 29, 1954, in Book 7523, page 55, Official Records <br />of Alameda County more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the southeastern line of Lewelling Boulevard <br />(66 feet wide) also known as County Road No. 1007, at its inter- <br />section with the eastern line of the said parcel of land; thence <br />south 0° 32, 40'' east 16.87 feet along the eastern line of said <br />parcel (south 0° 32' 40" east being taken as the bearing of the <br />said eastern line of Parcel 1 for the purpose of this description) <br />to its intersection with a line parallel with the said southeastern <br />line of Lewelling Boulevard and 15.00 feet (measured at right angles) <br />southeasterly therefrom; thence south 62' 12' 20" west 160.62 feet, <br />more or less, along said parallel line to its intersection with the <br />eastern line of Tract 1946 as shown on the map filed September 25, <br />1958 in Book 39 of Maps, page 12-13, Alameda County Records; thence <br />north 24' 51' 57" west 15.02 feet along the last mentioned line to <br />the said southeastern line of Lewelling Boulevard; thence north <br />62" 12' 20" east 167.58 feet, more or less, along the last mentioned <br />line to the point of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 2461.50 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />Dated: 2 _JGC- <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA ) <br />On 1960, before me, "lG-11l/i1-7_ <br />a Notary Public in and for the County of Alameda, State of California, personal], <br />appeared MATHILDA AMARAL, known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed <br />to the within instrument, and acknowledged that she executed the same. <br />William r o Cla}/pole <br />(Seal) Notary Public in an for the County <br />/ 7 ;3 _ of Alameda, State of California <br />
