IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64 - 103 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br />(Street Easement) <br />P.G. & E. <br />Whereas, the City Manager and the Director of Public Works <br />have recommended that the easement, a copy of which is hereunto <br />attached, and by reference made a part hereof, be granted: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed <br />to execute the Grant of Easement hereunto attached. <br />Introduced by Councilman Suerstedt and passed and <br />adopted this 27th day of April, 1964, by the following called <br />vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Borre, Pomares, Suerstedt, Swift, Taylor; <br />and Mayor Maltester ( 6 ) <br />Noes: Councilmen: None <br />Absent: Councilmen: Kant <br />Ja D.
