<br />MAXWELL HARDWARE COMPANY, a corporation, the first
<br />party, does hereby GRANT to CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal
<br />corporation, the second party, an easement and right of way for
<br />the installation, operation and maintenance of a storm drain or
<br />drains, in, under, along and across a strip of land, 12 feet
<br />wide, located in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda,
<br />State of California, described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of Foothill
<br />Boulevard, or State Highway leading from San Leandro to Castro
<br />Valley, distant thereon south 120 27' east 52.17 feet from the
<br />southern boundary line of the tract of land shown on the map
<br />of "Tract 532, Alameda County, California", filed June 30,1938
<br />in book 29 of P-Zaps at page 12, in the office of the County
<br />Recorder of Alameda County; running thence along said line of
<br />Foothill Boulevard south 120 27' east 12.49 feet; thence south
<br />06' 24' 30" east 183.72 feet to the western line of Benedict
<br />Drive, as said drive is shown on the map of "Tract 1361, San
<br />Leandro, Alameda County, California", filed November 29, 1954
<br />in book J5 of I -laps at pages 32 and 33, in the office of the
<br />County Recorder of Alameda County; thence along the last
<br />named line northerl; on a curve to the left with a radius of
<br />223 feet, a distance of 12.2'1' feet to a line drawn south 86°
<br />24' 30" east from the point of beginning; and thence north 860
<br />24' 30" west 184.82 feet to the point of beginning.
